Campbell Island Bicentennial Expedition
Colin Meurk will shortly be leading an expedition to Campbell Island, half way between NZ and Antarctica. Travelling 700km south, through the ‘roaring forties’ and ‘furious fifties’, the expedition group will study the island’s history, ecology, geology, and its recovery from decades of grazing and the world’s largest island rat eradication.
